Hi everyone - please fill out the MCF Club Form as soon as possible. It is shorter than it has been in years past and the data collected will be used to direct potential members to the right places, as well as determine the number of votes each team gets and who is authorized to cast them. The form should take less than 5 minutes. If you don't know your club's USAC number, you can look it up here by clicking on "details" next to your club's name. 

You may have read that the MCF bylaws were changed such that one person from each club should be named to the MCF Board. Please determine your club's MCF representative as soon as possible so it can be entered on the form.
